Account details (name, email, phone), order history, payment confirmation from our payment provider, and basic device data needed to keep your account secure.

To issue and validate tickets, send order and event updates, prevent fraud, and — only with your consent — recommend events you might like.

03 Sharing with organizers
Organizers of events you buy for receive your name and email so they can manage entry and contact you about that event. They may not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

04 Payments
Card details are handled by a PCI DSS Level 1 certified processor. Bassworld never sees or stores your full card number.

05 Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from My Account or by emailing privacy@bassworld.com. We respond within 30 days.
